traveller Getting in & away Hangzhou Air
From Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport to city center, you can take the shuttles at the airport bus station. It runs every 30 minutes from 7:30 to 9:30, every 15 minutes from 9:30 to 17:00, and every 30 minutes from 17:00 till the next morning at an expense of Y15.00.

Train
There are two train stations in Hangzhou – the Hangzhou Railway Station(“City Station”) and the less modern Hangzhou East Railway Station(“East Station”). They have been connected to Shanghai, Beijing and many other big cities and you can simply catch a train to almost anywhere in China. It can be difficult to book sleepers, especially to Beijing. Most hotels offer help at Y20 service charge. You also can buy tickets at the train tickets booking office at 199 Wulin Lu, from 8am to 5pm.

Bus
All four bus stations are out of the city center. And the east bus station is the most comprehensive one with frequent deluxe buses to Shanghai (Y54, 2.5hrs), Wuzhen(Y25, 1hr), Shaoxing(Y22, 1hr) and Ningbo(Y42, 2hrs). Economy buses are cheaper, but slower.

Water
Close to Qiantang River, Hnagzhou enjoys a developed water transport system. Wulinmen Harbor is the terminal for canal transport. You can take a bost to Suzhou. There's one boat daily, leaving at 5:30pm. The trip takes about 14 hours. Economy class in a cabin of 4 people is Y88 per bed and 2 person cabins is Y78 to Y130 per bed. Most of the trip is in the dark and you won't get to see much.
