Dining will be a key part of the Vijitt experience, the responsibility for the cuisine at the resort will be overseen by an experienced chef who will, with the thai chefs develop a high standard of food quality and service, presented in a relaxed informal environment. A focus on organic foods will be introduced with items also coming from the resort’s own herb and vegetable gardens and the fruit trees planted throughout the resort.
