The hotel is set in a quiet suburban road. It was a 15 minute walk to Kenton station [over ground rail]. The staff was always friendly and helped with anything I needed or asked for. The rooms I found to be very good. They were clean, though the bathroom ceiling could of done with a lick of paint, and quite roomy too with a large king size bed (always nice to have). Even though my room was facing the road it was extremely quiet and only 4 minutes walk to the town center too. The breakfast buffet was first class & fresh toast was brought, when we asked for it. Overall, the hotel was ok.
