The hotel is very well located, beside Kensington Park and 5 minute walk from both Queensway & Bays water tube stops. I am used to having at last a double bed in even cheap motels in the U.S., not a twin bed. We did have a refrigerator, and received fresh tea bags daily, clean towels, soap, shower gel and shampoo. I was very pleased with the room's cleanliness, and the chambermaid was very friendly. There was a bar and food available to purchase from the bar, as well as room service, but the restaurant did not serve lunch or dinner, which we found very strange. The woman who manned the desk in the breakfast area was very curt and rude. If I should ever travel to London again, I will NOT be staying at the Central Park Hotel, nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone! There must be better hotel.
