The hotel is near many restaurants, bars and cafes, but you wouldn't notice that, as the street is very quiet. The hotel is not too far from Gamla Stan, approx 10 minute walk. The room was small, but had everything I needed - a bed and a bathroom. There was always a good choice at breakfast, but only a limited number of tables. This meant sharing with other tourists, which was good, as we were able to talk about what we had seen / planned to see each day. Staff were ok however male reception clerk a little aloof but efficient.
