The check in was fast and efficient, other staffs also could not have been more friendly and helpful, and really went the extra mile. Lobby stylish and functional, Issey Mayake fragrance wafting through the lobby. Room was well maintained with bathrobes, bath sheets, selection of pillows and kitchen had a small amount of cookware/utensils., and marble bathroom was huge, and spa bath worked a treat. The location was fabulous, right in the middle of everything, nearby the shopping centre area, and a short ride to the Victoria market, Melbourne central station. The hotel was Right in the midst of Chinatown, so if you want late food, convenience stores etc it's well located. Check in guy was very friendly and helpful. No complaints at all about staff.
