My wife booked the hotel package from the hotel through internet; the package included 1 free lunch vouchers. And the room she requested for the king size bed in the room. But when we was arrived the hotel, the staffs told us there was not more kind size bed in the superior category, as apology they will free to upgrade to deluxe room for us. But after we enter the room the questions come out one by one. Firstly, what the difference between the deluxe and the superior categories, the deluxe was smaller than the superior room but with the so-called deluxe view. Secondly, there were two single beds in the room. When we ask the staff why the arrangement was different as our reservation? The staff just expend there was not more king size bed room any more. Although her attitude was good it was still made us fell unhappy. The location of this hotel was not so bad, but there were fewer routes the hotel shuttle bus had provided. Actually, I just found the only one route that the hotel provided: from hotel to ferry terminal. Like the famous casinos in Macao you have to go by your own way. It was a little costly. About the restraurants in the hotel I think I don't have a right to speak. We don't have a chance to try the restaurant. Even though, we got the free lunch vouchers. We stayed in this hotel 4 nights, and what we thought was we can use used these lunch vouchers whether which date when we stay here. But the fact proved that we were wrong. The restaurant staff told us we just can enjoy these vouchers after the next day when we check in. But now my question was why when we check in there were nobody told us this previously? And after this who could have a nice mode to stay in this stranger hotel. But we had not choice, we paid already. So, in this few days, we spend most of time to have sightseen and went to saw all of the famous casinos in Macau by ourselves. We back to hotel just for slept only. Next time I came to Macau, I will choose anther hotel definitely.
