He Dai Ichi Seafort hotel is located near the Shinagawa train station about 2 km walking distance, not close enough to use the airport train shuttle; it is located on the monorail and a subway line. Staff was helpful and most could speak good English. The bathroom was comfy with lots of amenities; I and my wife particularly appreciated the Shiseido ones. Although lack of body lotion in the bathroom, there were many amenities which other hotels in this area do not provide (toothbrush, hairbrush, etc.) Not untill my wife and i needed most of them we realised how convenient it is to travelers who forgets or loses between stops. We also faced some problems. We chose a package with breakfast included and it turned out to be unwise choice as I haven't seen such a poor breakfast since a long time. So save the money and get it somewhere else. Another problem is the lobby very big but the only seats are at the lobby bar. Beside these there are only 4 couches with a very limited seating capacity. Except all these, it's not a bad experience.
