Hotel had a fine location just next to Ginza and Shimbashi station. It was even pretty easy to find despite what other reviews have stated here. Hotel is a 2 min walk from the Shimbashi station, Hibiya exit. Walk out by the McDonalds, stay on that road and the hotel is a very short block away. It¡¯s next to the shimbashi JR station (so free journey with your JR rail pass) as well as the metro lines. 20 minutes to Shibuya crossing, 4 minutes to Tokyo central (and bullet trains/Narita Express) on JR Yamanote line. There were plenty of places to eat outside too. I also could walk distance to the Imperial Palace, fish market and Harrikyu Gardens. The most disappointed thing was that the cigarette smoke stinks in the rooms! Mercifully, the cigarette smoking was not prevalent in the dining room or in the public lobby.
