The hotel is in a superb location for people who enjoy Shibuya. And for those new to Tokyo, Shibuya serves as a great home base as it is on the Yamanote-sen. Room was large, especially for a Tokyo hotel. Room was well appointed; the bath/shower area was very sizeable and very comfortable. Good, though firm mattresses on the bed, there was a comfortable armchair and a desk and desk chair. Lighting of the room was very pleasant. The view was fascinating by day and night. The staff in hotel was so helpful and gave us recommends. Our request for sheets and blankets rather than a duvet was quickly met. Bad points would include the expensive restaurants in the lobby. I went into one of the lobby restaurants to buy a drink and wait there, however even a green tea was 1000 yen - crazy!
