The hotel is well located being close to the main JR station and shopping ares with access to the underground just outside the hotel. Also for added convenience there is a regular, direct airport bus from Chitose Airport to the hotel. So the location is very convenient. The room was a little dated and was smaller than what might be considered standard in most Western style hotels, but it was clean. The buffet breakfast mixed both Western and Japanese styles. It tasted wonderful. The staff was kind and polite. Overall, the hotel was nice.
