This hotel is basically a few steps in front of the Nagoya Station, in which we arrived by Shinkansen at. So we had lots of shopping and restaurants close by, but it was noisy from the trains as you were close to the station. Service was alright, the usual Japanese way. We arrived earlier than usual, thus had to leave our luggage at the concierge. However, the staff was unable to find our luggage when we return to check in. it made me uncomfortable. Otherwise, the hotel has no gym. The room was ok, Japanese standard.
