Great location, right in the middle of town, but still quiet if you have a rear-facing room. Taxi stand right outside and plenty of eateries close by for breakfast and other meals. Also 24-hour convenience stores close by. Room was as advertised. However, we battled with the air-conditioning during our entire visit and never quite managed to obtain a good room temperature. Big bathroom but tiny shower recess located in one corner – why? Also no shelf space in bathroom and only one towel rail. Front desk staff, although very friendly, didn’t seem to know much about life in Adelaide and gave vague directions. (Surely it doesn’t require a trip to the transit organisation when the Glenelg tram runs outside your front door and there’s a tram stop less than 100 metres away.) The bed was OK – a bit hard but still serviceable. Would still go back there if visiting Adelaide again.
