In the centre of the City. The hotel faces the Marina, and is located on the junction of three rivers. The executive suite is large, and enjoys either river, marina, or sea views. Most have balconies to make the most of the views. Some rooms have courtyard views overlooking the swimming pool. All rooms have air conditioning as well as other standard amenities such as Sky TV and mini bar. There is an in-house restaurant, and there are a further three bars and restaurants within the hotel complex. A light sand coloured building which is very modern in design (completed June 2006). A medium sized light filled lobby area with comfortable seating. A great, central city, brand new hotel.Hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and spa pool in enclosed area on the ground floor, with a bar adjacent. There is also a gym on the ground floor. An excellent addition to the accommodation options in this City, the most Eastern in New Zealand and the first place to welcome the new day. Fantastic value.
